Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
carry_on_limitscompare_airlinesairlines_listregions_listwill_it_fitsmallest_common_sizeconvert_dimensionsairlines_without_published_weight_limitcarry_on_general_tipsCarryonchart is a hand-curated carry-on baggage size and weight chart. carry_on_limits gives one airline's max dimensions (inches and cm), weight limit, and personal-item allowance. compare_airlines lines up several airlines side by side. airlines_list and regions_list show the 60-airline, cross-region coverage. will_it_fit checks a bag's dimensions against one named airline, or against all 60 if none is given, returning exactly which airlines it fits and which it doesn't. smallest_common_size computes — pure arithmetic on the published limits, not a lookup — the largest bag that still fits within every named airline's limit, for packing a multi-airline trip. convert_dimensions converts bag dimensions between inches and centimetres. airlines_without_published_weight_limit lists airlines (mostly US carriers domestically) that publish no carry-on weight cap. carry_on_general_tips explains that there is no single industry-standard carry-on size and gives the closest common denominator. GENERAL REFERENCE, NOT LIVE — airline baggage policy changes and varies by route, aircraft, fare class and region, and gate agents make the final call. Always verify your specific airline's current policy before you pack or fly. Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.
Sources: Hand-curated from a published 2026 airline carry-on size chart aggregating 60+ carriers' own stated policies, spot-checked via web search in September 2026; limits change and vary by route/fare — always verify with the airline before flying

"What's the carry-on limit for Emirates?", "will my bag fit on Qatar Airways?", "what's the largest bag that survives a trip on three different airlines?" — a real, hand-curated chart for the question every packer asks right before a flight.
carry_on_limits gives one airline's exact maximum carry-on dimensions (in both inches and centimetres),
weight limit, and personal-item allowance. compare_airlines lines up several airlines side by side.
airlines_list and regions_list show this chart's coverage — 60 major airlines across North America,
Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, Africa and Latin America. will_it_fit takes your actual bag's
dimensions and checks them against one named airline, or against all 60 covered airlines at once if you don't
name one, returning exactly which airlines it clears and which it doesn't. smallest_common_size computes —
this one is pure arithmetic on the published limits, not a lookup — the largest bag that still fits within
every airline you name, so you can pack once for a whole multi-airline itinerary. convert_dimensions converts
bag measurements between inches and centimetres. airlines_without_published_weight_limit lists the airlines
(mostly major US carriers on domestic routes) that publish no carry-on weight cap at all, useful context since
many international carriers enforce one strictly. carry_on_general_tips explains why there's no single
industry-standard carry-on size, and what the closest common denominator actually is.
General reference, not a live feed. Airline baggage policy changes, varies by route, aircraft type, fare class, and region, and the gate agent makes the final call regardless of what any chart says. Always verify your specific airline's current policy on their official website — ideally for the exact route and fare you've booked — before you pack or fly.

What Carry-On Chart is. Carry-On Chart is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a hand-curated airline carry-on size/weight chart — lookups, comparisons, a will-it-fit checker, a smallest-common-size calculator, and unit conversion. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup or calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — an airline name, a region, bag dimensions and a unit, or a list of airlines to compare — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered or computed from a bundled, hand-curated reference file and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, your booking details, or your actual luggage — only the airline names and bag dimensions you or your assistant type into a lookup. We do not build a profile from your queries. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Carry-On Chart is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
