Coinwise — Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Coinwise connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

The Service. Coinwise returns crypto-asset information: prices and market data, protocol TVL, Bitcoin network and mempool status, Ethereum on-chain balances and contract checks, and the Fear & Greed index, from public sources. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
Not investment advice. Nothing the Service returns is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and can lose their entire value. Prices are indicative aggregates from public sources and may differ from any exchange's executable price. Unify Dynamics LLC is not a broker, exchange, adviser or custodian.
Your keys. Never provide a private key or seed phrase to the Service or to any assistant; the Service refuses such input. Only public addresses are accepted, and balances shown are what the public chain reports.
Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to overwhelm the underlying services or to circumvent rate limits. Automated use within the published limits is welcome.
Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: nothing about you is stored.
Attribution. Market data by CoinGecko and DefiLlama, Bitcoin data by mempool.space, Ethereum data from public RPC nodes, Fear & Greed by Alternative.me; respect their terms when reusing output.
Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
