Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

game_night_planner — Builds a real, time-boxed game-night schedule: picks a diverse set of games from the curated pool that fit your group size, orders them into a light-to-peak-to-light pacing arc, and allocates a welcome buffer plus setup/play/teardown minutes for each game against your total time — honestly reporting whether everything fits or where it overflows. Use for "plan a 3-hour game night for 6 people with 3 games", "how should I schedule 4 games in 2 hours for 8 people". Args: total_time_minutes, group_size, num_games.
group_size_fit — Reports which categories and games in the curated pool fit a given headcount, and what size band that group falls into (duo, small group, party-sized, crowd) with practical guidance for that band. Use for "what games work for a group of 10", "we only have 2 players, what fits". Args: size.
category_list — Every game category — Party, Strategy, Cooperative, Card, Dice — with its description and how many curated games are in it. Use for "what kinds of games do you cover".
mood_to_game_type — Maps a mood — competitive, cooperative, silly or thoughtful — to the game categories that fit it best, with a few example games from each. Use for "what should we play if we're feeling silly", "we want something competitive tonight". Args: mood.
pairing_suggestion — Suggests what category (and example games) to play next after finishing a game in a given category, for good pacing — e.g. after an intense Strategy game, wind down with something light. Use for "what should we play after a big strategy game", "we just finished a party game, what's next". Args: just_played_category.
snack_pairing_tip — A short, practical snack and table-logistics tip suited to one game category (or a general tip). Use for "what snacks work for a strategy game night", "any tips for card game snacks". Args: game_type.
hosting_checklist — A practical hosting checklist split into before-guests-arrive, during-the-night and wrap-up tips. Use for "what do I need to do to host a good game night", "give me a game night checklist".
warm_up_activity_suggestion — Suggests a short icebreaker/warm-up activity to open the night before the main games start, optionally filtered by a time budget or group size. Use for "give us a quick icebreaker before we start", "5-minute warm-up for 8 people". Args: max_minutes, group_size.

What Gamenight is. Gamenight is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a game-night planner — matches games to your group, builds a real schedule, and covers hosting logistics. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered from a bundled, hand-curated reference file and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant or your name, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Gamenight is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
