A world-geography quiz generator with real bordering/same-region distractor logic
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
generate_quizgenerate_quizcountry_factsphysical_geography_referencephysical_geography_referenceGeoQuiz generates world-geography quiz questions locally, computed from a bundled reference dataset. generate_quiz builds multiple-choice questions across capital (country<->capital, either direction), flag (identify a country from an accurate flag description), physical (mountain ranges/rivers/deserts), and geopolitical (currency/language) categories, or mixed, at easy/medium/hard/any difficulty. Distractor generation is genuine: wrong answers for a capital question are drawn from the country's real bordering countries' capitals first, falling back to same-continent countries only when there aren't enough real neighbors bundled. country_facts looks up one country's capital, continent, borders, flag description, languages, currency, and a notable fact. physical_geography_reference lists or looks up mountain ranges, rivers, or deserts with their continent, key measurements, and a notable fact. Keyless; zero upstream calls; nothing submitted is stored.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated world-geography reference dataset (countries, flags, physical geography); fully local, zero upstream calls

A world-geography quiz generator for questions like "quiz me on world capitals", "give me a hard geography quiz", "what's the capital of Morocco" — answered locally from a bundled reference dataset of 50 countries and 24 physical-geography features (mountain ranges, rivers, deserts), with genuine multiple-choice distractor generation rather than random wrong answers.
generate_quiz builds multiple-choice questions across four categories — capital (country-to-capital or
capital-to-country, either direction), flag (identify a country from a real, accurate flag description),
physical (mountain ranges, rivers, deserts), and geopolitical (currency and language facts) — or mixed
across all four, at easy, medium, hard, or any difficulty. country_facts looks up one country's
capital, continent, real bordering countries, flag description, languages, currency, and a notable fact
directly. physical_geography_reference lists or looks up mountain ranges, rivers, or deserts with their
continent, key measurements (height, length, area), and a notable fact.
Wrong answers are never picked at random from the whole dataset. For a capital question, GeoQuiz first draws distractors from the country's real bordering countries' capitals (e.g. a France question's wrong answers are Berlin, Rome, Madrid, or Bern — its actual neighbors in this dataset — never something unrelated like Tokyo); only when there aren't enough real neighbors bundled (an island nation like Japan, or a country whose neighbors aren't in this 50-country dataset) does it fall back to other countries on the same continent, and only after that to any remaining country. The same "neighbor/same-region first" principle applies to flag and physical-geography questions, using same-continent features as the first fallback tier.
Israel's entry flags that Jerusalem's status as its capital is internationally disputed and that most countries maintain embassies in or near Tel Aviv; any quiz question involving it carries that note rather than presenting the claim as uncontested trivia.
Not an authoritative geopolitical reference — country facts (especially capitals and borders) reflect the dataset as curated and may not capture the very latest political changes; this is a study and trivia tool, verify anything you need to cite formally. It never calls any outside service or database — everything is bundled with the server.

What GeoQuiz is. GeoQuiz is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a fully local world-geography quiz generator and reference lookup: capitals, flags, physical geography, and geopolitical facts. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one tool call.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — which may include a quiz category, difficulty, count, or a country/feature name to look up — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
We do not store, log, or retain the content of your queries. Every tool reads from a reference dataset bundled with the server and generates or looks up a result from your arguments — nothing about a specific quiz or lookup is written to a database, written to a request log, cached, or used to train anything. Request bodies are not logged.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant or your name, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps, never the request content) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — there is no upstream call at all; every tool reads from a reference file bundled with the server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived, content-free logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. GeoQuiz is a general-audience educational quiz service operated by the adult using the assistant.
