About

Mealtiming bundles workout nutrition timing into one connector, computed locally with no upstream calls — timing and strategy only, not a food database (see the plate connector for what's in a food). Protein target calculator: daily protein grams by body weight and activity level, from documented sports-nutrition g/kg ranges. Pre-workout fueling: carbohydrate grams by hours before training, from the widely cited 1-4 g/kg, 1-4 hours before exercise guidance. Post-workout recovery: protein and carbohydrate targets by training type. Anabolic window explainer: the outdated 30-45 minute belief versus current broader consensus, and when tighter timing still helps. Hydration timing: fluid amounts before, during, and after a workout from general exercise-science ranges. Keyless; nothing stored; general wellness information, not medical or clinical nutrition advice.

Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated sports-nutrition reference ranges; fully local, zero upstream calls

About Mealtiming

Mealtiming is a workout nutrition-timing toolkit: five calculators and reference tools, all computed locally with no upstream calls, no accounts and no tracking. It covers when and how much around a workout — not what's in a food (for a food database, see the plate connector).

  • Protein target calculator turns body weight and activity level into a daily protein-gram range, using documented general sports-nutrition g/kg ranges (sedentary through fat-loss/muscle-preservation).
  • Pre-workout fueling gives a carbohydrate-gram range for how many hours before training you're eating, from the widely cited 1-4 g/kg, 1-4 hours before exercise guidance.
  • Post-workout recovery gives protein and carbohydrate targets by training type, plus an up-to-date note on the "anabolic window."
  • Anabolic window explainer walks through the outdated 30-45 minute belief versus current sports-nutrition consensus that the window is considerably broader, and when tighter timing still helps (fasted training, long gaps between meals, two sessions in a day).
  • Hydration timing gives fluid amounts before, during, and after a workout from general exercise-science ranges.

Everything here is general wellness information, not medical or clinical nutrition advice, and is not intended for someone managing an eating disorder or a medical condition affecting diet. A registered dietitian or physician can give personalized guidance.

Mealtiming — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Mealtiming is. Mealtiming is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for workout nutrition-timing calculators and reference: a protein-target calculator, pre-workout carbohydrate timing, post-workout recovery targets, and hydration timing. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a body weight, an activity or training-type selection, hours before/after a workout, or a workout duration — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The g/kg ranges and reference notes are hand-curated and bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including any body weight you enter — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a nutrition or health profile from your queries: each call is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Mealtiming is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Mealtiming — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Mealtiming connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Mealtiming returns workout nutrition-timing calculations and reference information — a protein-target calculator, pre-workout carbohydrate timing, post-workout recovery targets, and hydration timing — computed from documented general sports-nutrition ranges bundled with the server. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical or clinical nutrition advice. Mealtiming's calculations and guidance are general wellness information, not a substitute for individualized medical or clinical nutrition advice. It is not intended for someone managing an eating disorder or a medical condition affecting diet — a registered dietitian or physician should give personalized guidance in those cases.
  3. Estimates, not prescriptions. Protein and carbohydrate ranges, timing windows, and hydration figures are based on general population ranges reported in sports-nutrition literature; individual needs vary with body composition, climate, training history, and health status.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
