Remotekit — Terms of Service
Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Remotekit connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").
- The Service. Remotekit returns a hand-curated remote-work setup and equipment reference — budget-tiered checklists, ergonomic guidance, connectivity and layout tips, role-based priorities, common mistakes, a call-readiness checklist, and an upgrade priority order. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
- General guidance, not medical advice. The Service provides general ergonomic and equipment planning guidance, not medical, occupational-health, or professional ergonomic advice. If you have persistent pain or an existing condition, consult a qualified professional rather than relying on this Service.
- Approximate pricing only. Price bands are generic and approximate, not live pricing or a claim about any specific branded product; actual prices vary by region, retailer, and time.
- Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
- Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
- Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered from a bundled reference file, and nothing is stored.
- Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
- Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any purchase decision or physical discomfort. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
- Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
