Skyward — Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Skyward connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Skyward provides weather, air-quality and related environmental information for the United States, drawn from public U.S. government sources, and derived guidance (activity comfort scores, clothing suggestions, plain-English summaries of alerts). It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Informational only. Forecasts are forecasts. Skyward's derived guidance is general and does not account for your health, fitness, equipment or local conditions. Official warnings, evacuation orders and instructions from emergency officials always take precedence over anything Skyward returns. Air-quality guidance restates EPA's published guidance and is not medical advice; people with health conditions should follow their clinician's plan.
  3. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to build safety-critical systems that act without human review, to overwhelm the underlying government feeds, or to circumvent rate limits. Automated use is welcome within the published limits.
  4. Availability. The Service depends on third-party public feeds and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time. When a source is unavailable the Service says so rather than guessing.
  5. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: nothing about you is stored.
  6. Attribution. Weather data is produced by NOAA and is in the public domain; place data is from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) and OpenStreetMap (ODbL). Responses carry attribution; keep it if you redistribute results.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service, including decisions made on the basis of forecasts or derived guidance. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
