What UK Employment Rights Tracker is for
A cited, dated tracker of the UK Employment Rights Act 2025 implementation timeline as published by GOV.UK on 25 September 2026. Tools list what is coming after a date, what takes effect in a range, whether a measure applies on a date, the full wording of a measure and what the page does not state, the Statutory Sick Pay change of 6 April 2026, the Employment Tribunal claim time limit on a date and the January 2027 unfair dismissal change. Dates are planned and can move; measures dated only by month or year are kept that way. General information only, not legal advice.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "What Employment Rights Act changes are coming after today?"
- "Which employment law changes take effect between 1 October and 31 December 2026?"
- "Does the removal of the sick pay waiting period apply on 1 May 2026, and what did it replace?"
- "What is the Employment Tribunal claim time limit on 15 October 2026, and in Scotland?"
- "What changes for unfair dismissal from January 2027?"
