US Monday Brief — Privacy Policy
Effective 5 October 2026 (release 0.4.0). Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.
What US Monday Brief is. US Monday Brief is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants call on your behalf: The scheduled companion of the US Small Business Hub: five tools an agent can run every Monday, month or quarter for deadlines, changes, threshold and funding checks, with the same sourcing and honesty. You talk to your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Nothing is stored. Most of the work is a local calculation or a lookup against bundled reference data. A few steps read public US sources live; they are listed in the next paragraph. Arguments are used for that one response and are not logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
Live public sources (what a call sends), release 0.4.0. whats_changing and monday_brief ask the Federal Register and eCFR APIs (federalregister.gov, ecfr.gov) for documents of the agencies and CFR parts in the profile and, for an importer, the USITC tariff schedule service (hts.usitc.gov) for the HTS numbers in the profile; with a recall watchlist they ask the CPSC recall service (saferproducts.gov) for the recalls of a date window only, and the names on the list are matched on our server, never sent. funding_check sends a grant keyword to Grants.gov (api.grants.gov) and reads the SBA size table and 7(a) rules from eCFR, GovInfo and the Federal Register. whats_due and am_i_over_the_line are local. Release 0.4.0 calls none of the sources of the components the US Small Business Hub left out of this release (among them OpenFEMA).
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts or account credentials, and we build no profile: each request is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting access logs (IP addresses and request paths, not request bodies) are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors and recipients. No other sub-processor. The public sources named above receive only the lookup values described there, and no personal data. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Your rights. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information.
Children. US Monday Brief is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
