About

Breathwork bundles general, secular breathing-technique reference into one connector, computed locally with no upstream calls. Technique guide: step-by-step instructions and real phase timing for box breathing (4-4-4-4, a 16-second cycle), the 4-7-8 technique (a 19-second cycle), diaphragmatic breathing (a 10-second cycle), and the physiological sigh (about 7 seconds). Goal-based recommendation: match a goal — calming acute stress, falling asleep, focus/performance, daily stress — to the right technique, with why. Session timer: how many full cycles of a technique fit a target session length. Presented in plain, non-religious terms, distinct from the asanas connector's yoga-tradition pranayama collection. Keyless; nothing stored; general wellness information, not medical or psychiatric treatment.

Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated breathing-technique reference; fully local, zero upstream calls

About Breathwork

Breathwork is a general, secular breathing-technique reference toolkit: three tools covering four named techniques, all computed locally with no upstream calls, no accounts and no tracking.

  • Technique guide gives step-by-step instructions and real phase timing for box breathing (4-4-4-4, a 16-second cycle), the 4-7-8 technique (a 19-second cycle), diaphragmatic ("belly") breathing (a 10-second cycle), and the physiological sigh (a double inhale followed by a long exhale, about a 7-second cycle). Call it with no name to list all four.
  • Goal-based recommendation matches a general goal — calming acute stress, falling asleep, focus/performance, or general daily stress — to the technique(s) suited to it, with why.
  • Session timer takes a technique and a target session length and computes how many full breathing cycles fit, the exact session time used, and the leftover seconds.

Techniques are presented in plain, non-religious terms — this is deliberately different from the asanas connector's pranayama collection, which frames breathing techniques within yoga tradition (Sanskrit names, spiritual context). Two technique names overlap between the two connectors (box breathing and 4-7-8), but here they come with secular instructions, goal-based guidance, and a session-timer calculator that asanas does not offer.

Everything here is general wellness information, not medical or psychiatric treatment. These techniques are not a substitute for treatment of any diagnosed anxiety disorder, panic disorder, or breathing-related medical condition — stop and consult a doctor if a technique causes more than mild lightheadedness.

Breathwork — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Breathwork is. Breathwork is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for general, secular breathing-technique reference: a technique guide, goal-based recommendations, and a session-timer calculator. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a technique name, a general goal (e.g. "fall asleep"), or a target session length in minutes — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The technique instructions, phase timing, and goal mappings are hand-curated and bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a wellness profile from your queries: each call is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Breathwork is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Breathwork — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Breathwork connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Breathwork returns breathing-technique reference information — a technique guide, goal-based recommendations, and a session-timer calculator — computed from hand-curated reference data bundled with the server. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical or psychiatric treatment. Breathwork's guidance is general wellness information, not a substitute for individualized medical or psychiatric treatment. It is not a substitute for treatment of any diagnosed anxiety disorder, panic disorder, or breathing-related medical condition (e.g. COPD, asthma). Stop and consult a doctor if a technique causes more than mild lightheadedness.
  3. General information, not a personalized program. Technique instructions and timing reflect commonly taught general patterns, not an individualized therapeutic protocol.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
