About

Insure Claim puts step-by-step auto-accident claim guidance behind one connector, hand-curated and fully local. at_scene_checklist gives the immediate ordered steps: safety, police, never admitting fault verbally, exchanging information, documentation, notifying your insurer, and a medical evaluation. documentation_guide covers exactly what to photograph/record by category. when_to_call_police lists the situations that generally warrant a report. insurer_reporting_guide covers reporting to your own insurer versus dealing with the other party's — recorded statements, releases, quick-settlement pressure. fault_determination_calculator computes the recoverable amount given total damages, a fault percentage, and a negligence rule (pure comparative, modified comparative with a 50%/51% bar, or contributory) — real arithmetic over each rule's mechanic. total_loss_decision_helper computes the repair-to-value ratio against a total-loss threshold, the likely payout after your deductible, and other factors like diminished value. full_claim_checklist combines every stage. claim_glossary defines comparative/contributory negligence, actual cash value, total loss, diminished value, subrogation, MedPay/PIP, UM/UIM, and more. General educational information, not legal or insurance advice.

Sources: Computed locally from hand-curated auto-claim education (at-scene practice, documentation, insurer dealings) and real arithmetic over standard fault-rule and total-loss mechanics; fully local, zero upstream calls

What Insure Claim is for

"What do I do right after a car accident?", "what should I photograph at the scene?", "do I have to give the other driver's insurer a statement?", "I was 20% at fault, how much can I recover?", "is my car a total loss?" — the step-by-step questions people ask in the minutes, days, and weeks after an auto accident, answered as a fully local, auto-accident-specific guide. Distinct from the more general claimkit connector, this one is detailed specifically for auto accidents.

What it does

at_scene_checklist gives the immediate ordered steps: safety first, when to call police, never admitting fault verbally, exchanging information, documenting the scene, notifying your own insurer, and getting a medical evaluation. documentation_guide covers exactly what to photograph and record, by category (vehicle damage, identification, scene/conditions, injuries, witnesses/reports). when_to_call_police lists the situations that generally warrant a police report. insurer_reporting_guide covers reporting to YOUR OWN insurer versus dealing with the OTHER party's insurer — recorded statements, releases, and quick-settlement pressure. fault_determination_calculator computes the recoverable amount given total damages, a fault percentage, and a negligence rule — pure comparative, modified comparative (50% or 51% bar), or contributory — real arithmetic over the general mechanic of each rule. total_loss_decision_helper computes the repair-to-value ratio against a total-loss threshold, whether the vehicle is likely to be totaled, the estimated payout after your deductible, and other factors (diminished value, structural damage). full_claim_checklist combines every stage into one ordered walkthrough. claim_glossary defines comparative/ contributory negligence, actual cash value, total loss, diminished value, subrogation, MedPay/PIP, UM/UIM, release, and salvage title.

What it is not

Insure Claim is general educational information about typical US auto-claim practice, not legal or insurance advice, and not specific to any state's exact statute or any insurer's actual policy language. Fault rules, mandatory-report thresholds, and total-loss formulas vary significantly by state and by insurer — fault_determination_calculator computes the general mechanic of a named rule, not a determination of your actual fault or your actual state's rule; confirm both with your own policy, your insurer, or an attorney.

Insure Claim — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Insure Claim is. Insure Claim is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for hand-curated, fully local auto-accident insurance claim guidance — checklists, fault-determination arithmetic, and a total-loss decision helper. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a documentation category, which insurer's guidance you want, total damages and a fault percentage, or a repair estimate and a vehicle's actual cash value — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is answered from bundled, hand-curated content and computed locally, and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, your license plate, your policy number, or any details about a specific accident, insurer, or claim, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Insure Claim is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Insure Claim — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Insure Claim connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Insure Claim returns hand-curated, fully local auto-accident insurance claim guidance — an at-scene checklist, a documentation guide, when-to-call-police guidance, insurer-reporting guidance, a fault-determination calculator, a total-loss vs. repair decision helper, a full checklist, and a glossary. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. General information, not legal or insurance advice. Insure Claim is an independent educational reference, not a law firm, insurance company, or claims adjuster, and does not provide legal or insurance advice specific to any individual, accident, state, or policy. fault_determination_calculator computes the general MECHANIC of a named negligence rule from numbers you supply — it does not determine your actual fault, and does not know which rule your actual state follows.
  3. State and policy variation. Mandatory police-report thresholds, negligence rules (comparative vs. contributory, and the exact bar percentage), and total-loss formulas vary significantly by US state and by individual insurer; content here is general, not state-specific or policy-specific legal advice. Confirm your own state's rule and your own policy's terms before relying on any figure here for an actual claim or legal decision.
  4. Illustrative calculations. fault_determination_calculator and total_loss_decision_helper produce illustrative arithmetic from the numbers and assumptions you supply (including a default total-loss threshold you can override) — not a guarantee of any insurer's, adjuster's, or court's actual determination.
  5. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  6. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  7. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered from bundled content and computed locally, and nothing is stored.
  8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any outcome of an actual insurance claim or legal proceeding. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  10. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
