Partyplan is a party-planning toolkit. checklist_by_theme gives decor, activity, food and supply ideas for one of 8 themes (theme_list shows them all), and search_ideas searches by keyword across every theme. essential_checklist is a universal shortlist of things not to skip regardless of theme. food_quantity and drink_quantity are genuine calculators: given a guest count and party length, they estimate food and drink to plan for using standard catering rules of thumb — pieces per person per hour, lb of food per person, non-alcoholic servings and ice per guest, and an optional ballpark alcohol estimate (meal_type_list shows valid meal types). budget_allocator splits a total budget across venue, food & drink, decor, entertainment, rentals, favors and a buffer using a general-purpose or event-specific percentage profile. planning_timeline takes an event date and returns a phased task list with real calendar due-dates counting back from it, compressing automatically if the event is soon. Food, drink and budget numbers are ballpark planning estimates, not guarantees. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

What Party Plan is for

What it does

checklist_by_theme gives decor, activity, food and supply ideas for one of 8 themes — Kids' Birthday, Adult Birthday, Backyard BBQ, Holiday Gathering, Graduation Party, Housewarming, Potluck Gathering, and Game Night (theme_list shows them all; search_ideas searches by keyword). essential_checklist is a universal shortlist of things not to skip regardless of theme. food_quantity and drink_quantity are genuine calculators: given a guest count and roughly how many hours food or drink will be out, they estimate totals using standard catering rules of thumb (meal_type_list shows the valid meal types). budget_allocator splits a total dollar budget across venue, food & drink, decor, entertainment, rentals, favors and a buffer, using either a general-purpose split or one tailored to an event type. planning_timeline takes an event date and returns a phased task list with real calendar due-dates counting back from it, automatically compressing the plan if the event is coming up soon.

What it is not

Not a substitute for knowing your specific guests — food, drink and budget numbers are ballpark planning estimates from widely published rules of thumb, not a guarantee of exactly what any given group will eat, drink, or need. Treat every number as a sensible starting point to adjust from, not a fixed target.

Party Plan — Privacy Policy

Effective 26 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Party Plan is. Party Plan is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for party-planning ideas and calculators — theme checklists, food and drink quantity estimates, budget allocation, and a planning timeline. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a theme name, a search keyword, a guest count, a meal type, a party length, a budget amount and event type, or an event date — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed or answered from bundled reference data and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset and calculators are bundled with the server and run locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Party Plan is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Party Plan — Terms of Service

Effective 26 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Party Plan connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Party Plan returns hand-curated party-theme ideas and checklists, plus calculators for food quantity, drink quantity, budget allocation, and a date-driven planning timeline. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Estimates, not guarantees. Food, drink and budget figures are ballpark planning estimates computed from widely published catering and event-planning rules of thumb. Actual needs vary by guest preferences, menu, weather, and event style — treat every number as a starting point, not a guarantee.
  3. General information, not professional catering or financial advice. Nothing here is a substitute for a professional caterer, event planner, or financial advisor for a large or high-stakes event.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered from bundled reference data and computed locally, and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service, including a shortfall or overage in food, drink, or budget planning. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
