Silver Ally — Privacy Policy

Silver Ally is a connector that AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) call on your behalf. This policy explains what the connector receives, what it does with it, and what it never does.

What we receive

When your assistant uses a Silver Ally tool, our server receives only the inputs that tool needs — for example a ZIP code, a list of medicine names, the words of a suspicious message, an approximate monthly income, a birth date or a claim age. The assistant chooses what to send; we do not have access to your conversation, your device, your contacts or your accounts.

We also receive standard connection information (IP address or a host-supplied client identifier, request time, user-agent) that we use only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

Silver Ally never asks for, and no tool accepts, a Medicare number, Social Security number, bank or card number, password or one-time code. If your assistant includes such a value in a free-text field (for example when you paste a scam message), it is processed in memory to answer the request and is not written to any log or database.

Retention

We do not store prompts, tool inputs or results. Public-data responses (for example a nursing-home rating or an FDA label) are cached in memory for up to 24 hours to reduce load on government servers; caches contain no user-supplied personal data. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and a timestamp) are held in memory for a rolling 24 hours and then discarded. Server logs record request paths and status codes for 14 days and contain no tool inputs.

Sub-processors

To answer requests we send only the minimum necessary, non-identifying data to public government and non-profit APIs: the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (data.cms.gov — ZIP codes, specialties, facility queries), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (openFDA — medicine names), the U.S. National Library of Medicine (RxNorm — medicine names), the U.S. National Weather Service (coordinates derived from a ZIP code) and zippopotam.us (ZIP codes). Our server runs on Vercel in the United States.

Children

Silver Ally is for adults. We do not knowingly process information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Because we keep no records of your requests, there is nothing to access, correct or delete after a request completes. California residents and others with statutory rights may nevertheless contact us at agent@connectorbay.com with any request or question, and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post changes to this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be noted in the connector's listing.
