Silver Ally — Terms of Service
Effective September 2026 · Unify Dynamics LLC
By using the Silver Ally connector (the "Service"), directly or through an AI assistant, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
Silver Ally provides general information for older adults and their caregivers drawn from public government sources (CMS, FDA, NLM, SSA, HHS, NWS) and published clinical guidelines. It is a reference tool. It is not medical, legal, tax, insurance or financial advice, and it does not create a clinician–patient, attorney–client or advisor–client relationship.
2. Informational only
Medication information, including interaction and Beers Criteria flags, is a screening aid intended to prompt a conversation with a pharmacist or physician; never start, stop or change a medicine based on it alone. Benefit eligibility, Medicare cost and Social Security figures are federal amounts for the stated year and may not reflect your state, plan or personal circumstances; official determinations are made only by the responsible agency. Provider ratings are CMS data as published. Scam analysis is rule-based and may produce false positives or miss new schemes; a low risk score is not a guarantee of safety. Weather guidance supplements, and does not replace, official warnings and emergency instructions.
3. Emergencies
The Service is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger or having a medical emergency, call 911. For a poisoning or wrong dose, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes through a supported AI assistant or your own MCP client within the published rate limits. You may not resell the Service, use it to build a competing dataset by bulk extraction, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Upstream government data sources may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data or health outcome, arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
