Cornell notes, spaced repetition, active recall, Feynman, interleaving, Pomodoro — explained, plus real study-plan generation
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
technique_explainercornell_templatefeynman_stepsstudy_planinterleaving_schedulertechnique_listStudyTechnique explains established study methods and generates study plans that combine them, for teens through adult learners. technique_list and technique_explainer cover Cornell note-taking, spaced repetition, active recall, the Feynman technique, interleaving and Pomodoro, each with its real origin and how it works. cornell_template returns the actual cue-column/notes-column/summary structure, optionally with example cue questions for a topic. feynman_steps returns the four-step process, optionally filled in for a concept. study_plan computes a technique-weighted time allocation by subject type (math/problem-solving, language/vocab, reading/conceptual, technical/programming, memorization-heavy) using the largest-remainder apportionment method, so the minutes always sum exactly to the session length. interleaving_scheduler builds a round-robin schedule across 2+ topics so the same topic never repeats in consecutive blocks. For actual spaced-repetition scheduling math see vocabspaced; for actual Pomodoro timer schedules see focusblock. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated: origin-cited study-technique explanations and a fixed subject-type weighting table; fully local, zero upstream calls

StudyTechnique explains established study methods honestly (with their real origins) and generates study plans that combine them — for teens through adult learners, not a kids' tool.
technique_list / technique_explainer cover Cornell note-taking, spaced repetition, active
recall, the Feynman technique, interleaving, and the Pomodoro technique — what each one actually is,
where it comes from, and its steps where applicable.cornell_template returns the real Cornell structure (cue column, notes column, summary
section) and workflow, optionally with example cue-column questions for a topic you give it.feynman_steps returns the four-step Feynman process, optionally filled in for a specific
concept.study_plan computes a real technique-weighted time allocation for a study session, chosen by
subject type (math/problem-solving, language/vocab, reading/conceptual, technical/programming,
memorization-heavy). The minutes always sum exactly to the session length you give it — this is
genuinely computed with the largest-remainder apportionment method, not a fixed template.interleaving_scheduler builds a real round-robin schedule across two or more named topics, so
the same topic never repeats in two consecutive blocks.A note on scope. StudyTechnique explains spaced repetition and Pomodoro as techniques, but doesn't duplicate their scheduling math: for the actual SM-2 spaced-repetition scheduler, see the vocabspaced connector; for actual Pomodoro timer schedules and session counts, see the focusblock connector.

What StudyTechnique is. StudyTechnique is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for study-methodology reference and study-plan generation. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a technique name, an optional topic or concept string, a subject type and session length, or a list of topics to interleave — plus the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Technique explanations are hand-curated and bundled with the server; study plans and interleaving schedules are computed at request time from the arguments you supply. No request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including any topic or concept name you provide — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, an account, a login, or any other identifying information, and we do not build a study profile from queries: each call is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
