yellow_fever_requirementcountries_requiring_yellow_fevercountries_recommending_yellow_fevercompare_yellow_feverregion_vaccine_guideregions_listhajj_umrah_health_requirementsvaccine_glossarygeneral_travel_health_tipsTravelvax is a hand-curated, general and point-in-time travel-vaccination/health-requirement reference. yellow_fever_requirement gives one country's real WHO status — required (a government-mandated entry condition), recommended (transmission risk, not mandatory), or not listed. countries_requiring_yellow_fever and countries_recommending_yellow_fever give WHO's full lists; compare_yellow_fever lines up several countries. region_vaccine_guide gives general vaccine considerations commonly discussed for one of five broad regions (Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Middle East) — a starting checklist, not a personal risk assessment; regions_list shows coverage. hajj_umrah_health_requirements covers the real, government-mandated meningococcal vaccine requirement for Hajj/Umrah pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. vaccine_glossary defines terms (yellow fever, the ICVP 'yellow card', Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Japanese encephalitis, rabies pre-exposure, meningococcal, routine vaccines). general_travel_health_tips gives practical, non-diagnostic advice. THIS TOOL NEVER GIVES DIAGNOSTIC OR PERSONALIZED MEDICAL ADVICE — it cannot know your medical history, vaccination history, age, pregnancy status, or exact itinerary. Always consult a travel-health clinician or your national travel-health authority 4-6 weeks before travel. Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.
Sources: Yellow fever data from WHO's published country list (fetched September 2026); regional and Hajj/Umrah sections from general CDC/WHO-style travel-health guidance and published reporting, via web search in September 2026; general and point-in-time only — never diagnostic or personalized medical advice, always consult a travel-health clinician

A real group-expense settle-up calculator — fair splits plus minimum-transaction debt simplification
General, practical solo-travel safety tips by setting type — never by naming a country as dangerous
Local SIM vs eSIM vs roaming vs portable WiFi — a general guide to staying connected abroad
A hand-curated reference on common tourist-scam patterns, organized by type — never by country
A hotel-brand-agnostic room-type and rate-plan glossary — BAR, BB/HB/AI, suite tiers, and more
"Does Ghana require a yellow fever certificate?", "what vaccines does Saudi Arabia require for Hajj?", "what should I generally consider for a trip to Southeast Asia?" — a starting point for the travel-health conversation, built from real public-health sources, never a replacement for that conversation.
yellow_fever_requirement gives one country's real WHO status: required (the destination's government
mandates a vaccination certificate for entry, generally from travelers arriving from an at-risk country),
recommended (WHO has identified transmission risk, so vaccination protects you even though it isn't a
mandatory entry condition), or not listed. countries_requiring_yellow_fever and
countries_recommending_yellow_fever give WHO's full published lists; compare_yellow_fever lines up several
countries. region_vaccine_guide gives the general vaccine considerations commonly discussed for one of five
broad regions — Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East — as a starting
checklist for your own clinician conversation, not a personal risk assessment; regions_list shows coverage.
hajj_umrah_health_requirements covers a real, specific, government-mandated rule: Saudi Arabia requires Hajj
and Umrah pilgrims to show a valid meningococcal (ACWY) vaccination certificate. vaccine_glossary defines the
vocabulary — yellow fever, the International Certificate of Vaccination ("yellow card"), Hepatitis A, Typhoid,
Japanese encephalitis, rabies pre-exposure vaccination, meningococcal vaccine, and routine vaccines.
general_travel_health_tips covers practical points: seeing a clinician 4-6 weeks ahead, carrying your
certificate, and that a yellow fever requirement can depend on where you're arriving FROM, not just your final
destination.
Never diagnostic, never personalized, never medical advice. This tool has no way to know your medical history, vaccination history, age, pregnancy status, or exact itinerary, and it never attempts to guess. The yellow fever data reflects WHO's published list as of this reference's build date and requirements change; regional guidance is a general starting pattern, not a risk assessment for you specifically. Always consult a travel-health clinician or your national travel-health authority (CDC Travel Health, UK NaTHNaC/TravelHealthPro, WHO) 4-6 weeks before you travel — treat this tool as a way to arrive at that appointment with better questions, never as a substitute for it.

What Travel Vax is. Travel Vax is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a hand-curated, general travel-vaccination/health-requirement reference — yellow fever status lookups, comparisons, regional guidance, the Hajj/Umrah requirement, a glossary and tips. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a country name, a region name, a glossary term, or a list of countries to compare — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
We never receive or infer any health information about you. This Service answers general, country- and region-level public-health reference questions; it has no way to know, ask for, or store your medical history, vaccination history, age, pregnancy status, or any other personal health detail, and it never asks for one.
Everything is answered from a bundled, hand-curated reference file and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant or your name — only the country/region/term text you or your assistant type into a lookup. We do not build a profile from your queries. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the entire dataset is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Travel Vax is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
