Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.

Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.
Sources: Hand-curated from widely-used, generic meeting-facilitation patterns; time allocations and length recommendations are computed heuristics, not fixed rules; fully local, zero upstream calls

"Build me a 30-minute retro agenda for 6 people", "how long should a kickoff with 12 people and 5 topics actually be", "turn these 5 topics into a 45-minute meeting" — a meeting-planning computer, not a vague list of tips.
build_agenda takes a meeting type, a duration, and optionally attendee count and goal, and computes a
phase-by-phase agenda whose minutes sum exactly to the duration, across 13 common meeting types (standup, status
update, brainstorm, retrospective, planning, one-on-one, decision-making, kickoff, all-hands, interview, sales call,
training, board meeting) — each built from a hand-curated phase template reflecting widely-used facilitation
patterns. list_meeting_types lists all of them with typical length and attendee range. suggest_time_allocation
returns just the percentage/minute breakdown. agenda_from_topics builds a custom schedule from your own topic
list: topics with a fixed time are scaled down proportionally if they don't all fit, and topics without one split
the remaining time by priority. meeting_length_recommendation computes a suggested duration from type, attendee
count and topic count. role_assignments recommends facilitator/notetaker/timekeeper/chair roles from attendee
count and type. icebreaker_suggestion gives 2-3 original opener prompts, or explains why to skip one for
tightly-run formats like standups and interviews. prep_checklist gives a pre-meeting checklist.
format_agenda_text renders a built agenda as printable Markdown or plain text, ready to paste into a calendar
invite. agenda_glossary defines common facilitation terms (timebox, parking lot, RACI, quorum, ...).
Agendabuilder covers the before of a meeting — building and formatting the plan. Turning an agenda into structured post-meeting minutes with parsed action items is a separate connector's job.
The phase templates are hand-curated from widely-published, generic meeting-facilitation patterns (the standard "set stage / gather data / generate insights / decide / close" retrospective shape, for instance) — original compositions, not a specific published framework's copyrighted text, and not a substitute for actually knowing your meeting's content. Time allocations and length recommendations are heuristic starting points for planning, not rules: trim scope before you stretch the clock.
Effective 25 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.
What Agendabuilder is. Agendabuilder is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for meeting agenda generation: computed phase-by-phase time allocation for common meeting types, custom topic scheduling, role and prep guidance, and original minutes templates. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a meeting type, duration, attendee count, goal, a list of topics, or decisions/action items for a minutes template — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every tool is a local calculation or a lookup against a bundled, hand-curated reference; no request is forwarded to any third party. Text you submit is processed for that one response and is not logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a profile from your requests: each one is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or looked up locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Agendabuilder is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
